Appellant, Patrick F. Dudenhoeffer, appeals from an order upholding the revocation of his driving privileges for refusing to submit to a chemical test pursuant to § 577.041, RSMo 1986.

On December 10, 1988, at approximately 3:35 a.m., appellant was involved in an automobile accident on Interstate 70 near Kingdom City, Missouri. Appellant had admittedly been drinking and he fell asleep behind the wheel of his car colliding with a vehicle...
