MEANS, Justice.

This appeal from an interlocutory order of the 87th Judicial District Court, Leon County, concerns a mandatory injunction issued against Appellants commanding them to vacate certain property in that county. We believe that this Court and the district court are prevented from hearing this case by an automatic stay under the Federal Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 362(a). If not, we hold that the injunction was improperly granted...
