DOMENGEAUX, Judge.

This case was consolidated with the suit entitled Jones v. Merrick Construction Company, et al, 546 So.2d 928 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1989), also decided on this date.

For the reasons assigned in the aforesaid case, the judgment appealed from in the instant case is reversed. The case is remanded to the trial court for consideration of the merits.
