POLITZ, Circuit Judge:

Convicted of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1), Johnny Lee Wallace appeals, challenging the seizure of the firearm, the constitutionality of the statute under which he was convicted, and his enhanced sentence. Finding no error, we affirm.
