This is an appeal from a decision of the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals rejecting a contractor's appeal from a contracting officer's decision denying the contractor a price increase under the contract. The ground of the Board's decision was that the contractor had failed to prove that it relied on its interpretation of an ambiguous contract provision in preparing its bid.
