Plaintiff-Appellant Allen Wong (Wong) appeals from the summary judgment entered below in favor of Defendants-Appellees Victor Panis, Jr. (Victor), and Sylvia Panis (collectively the Panises), and their attorney, Francis M. Nakamoto (Nakamoto) (where appropriate the Panises and Nakamoto will be referred to collectively as Defendants).1 We affirm.
