Rosen, Norma Rosen (collectively "the Rosens") and Frances Lipman ("Lipman") brought this action against defendants Ira Spanierman and the Ira Spanierman Gallery (collectively "Spanierman"),1 asserting claims for breach of warranty, common law fraud, professional negligence, and negligent misrepresentation.
