BILLINGS, Judge:

Defendant Wayne T. Hall appeals the forfeiture of his 1979 Pontiac Trans Am ("Trans Am") pursuant to Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-13 (1988). The trial court awarded the vehicle to the State of Utah subject to the uncontested lien of State Bank of Southern Utah ("the bank") and the disputed interest of Fred and Bertha Laurito ("the Lauritos").
