Ray Joseph Kiffe sues his employers, Neches-Gulf Marine and Neches-Gulf Lightering (collectively hereinafter "Neches-Gulf") and the ship owner, Exxon Corporation ("Exxon"), for purely emotional injuries to himself resulting from his witnessing an accident in which a fellow crew member was killed.
