Appellant, Keith Asmussen, d/b/a Asmussen Horse Center, sued appellee, Thomas G. Wilson, on a sworn account for labor, services, and goods provided in the care of horses owned by appellee. Appellee counterclaimed, alleging that appellant had charged him usurious interest.
