This is an appeal from a granting of summary judgment in a medical malpractice case. On January 21, 1985, plaintiff, Robert Jones, filed a medical malpractice claim with the Commissioner of Insurance against Dr. Louis Mes, Dr. Robert Morrow, Dr. T.L. McNeely and Dr. Thomas Laborde.
