Defendant was indicted for multiple violations of Title 21 of the United States Code after members of the Denver Police Department's Special Weapons Attack Team (S.W.A.T.), acting in tandem with federal agents and under the authority of a federal search warrant, stormed into his residence and seized numerous bags containing cocaine and marijuana.
