This case is now before the Court on a motion for summary judgment by defendants Thoroughbred Racing Associations of North America, Inc. ("TRA") and Thoroughbred Racing Protective Bureau, Inc. ("TRPB"). The plaintiff, Patrick Catrone, filed this action on May 16, 1986 and amended his complaint on January 7, 1987. Originally, Catrone named eight defendants and asserted six claims for relief.1
