LAGARDE, Justice.

Appellants have filed a timely second motion for rehearing, after we modified our original judgment upon appellants' first motion for rehearing. In the meantime, appellees have timely filed an application for writ of error with the Supreme Court of Texas. For the reasons given below, we hold that we lack jurisdiction to do anything at all with appellants...
