Respondent BZA granted variances to respondent Diastole-Hospital Hill, Inc., (Diastole) from the zoning ordinance of Kansas City, Missouri. Brown appealed the decision of the BZA to the Circuit Court of Jackson County which affirmed the BZA's decision...
