Defendant Carvajal-Minota was found guilty after a jury trial of three drug offenses in violation of Title 21 United States Code sections 841, 843 and 846. The government has indicated its intention to seek sentencing enhancement on the basis of a prior conviction pursuant to 21 U.S.C. section 851. Defendant objects to the use of the enhancement information in this case because he has not been served with a copy of such enhancement...
