Appellant seeks review of an order awarding damages and an attorney's fee in appellees' 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action for the wrongful termination of appellees' employment in violation of their constitutional rights. We find that no error has been shown as to the award of damages, but that the court utilized an improper standard in computing the amount of the attorney's fee. We therefore affirm the order appealed as to the damages award, but reverse...
