OPINION
NYE, Chief Justice.
A jury found appellant Jesus Vela guilty of burglary of a habitation. The trial court assessed punishment at fifteen years' confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. By six points of error, appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence, testimony concerning his refusal to give a statement, and admission in evidence of two penitentiary packets.
