This is an appeal taken by Larry Eugene Lee from an order revoking Lee's probation on a suspended sentence for assault with intent to commit a serious felony. Upon revoking Lee's probation, the district court ordered into execution a five-year indeterminate sentence that had been suspended while Lee was on probation. Lee raises two issues.
