Defendant was convicted by a jury of two counts of felonious restraint, § 565.120 RSMo 1986, and two counts of armed criminal action, § 571.015, RSMo 1986. He was sentenced to two consecutive terms of three years imprisonment on the felonious restraint counts, and two consecutive terms of six months imprisonment on the armed criminal action counts, the latter to run concurrently with the former.
