James A. Lamberti alleges that the district court erred, first, in hearing and, then, in denying his motion to recuse. We agree.

Lamberti presented several pre-trial motions in this case. First, he filed a motion to disqualify the law firm of Strasburger & Price, contending that Turano, along with several other attorneys from the firm, would be material witnesses, thereby disqualifying them from representing the appellee, Bishop Tschoepe...
