Peter Hugh Taylor was charged in a two-count bill of information with conspiracy to possess more than four hundred grams of cocaine, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:26 and 40:967 F(3), and the possession of more than four hundred grams of cocaine, in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967 F(3).
