NYE, Chief Justice.

Appellant was indicted for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and theft, with a prior felony alleged for enhancement purposes. A jury found him incompetent to stand trial. Approximately eight months later, he was adjudged competent, and the case proceeded to trial.
