This is an appeal from a summary judgment in a medical malpractice case. Appellants, Patricia Elam and Robert Elam, brought suit for personal injuries allegedly sustained by them due to medical treatment and care provided to Patricia Elam by Dr. A.W. Vila, O.D. and by nurse-employees of the Yale Hospital and Clinic when Mrs. Patricia Elam was an in-patient there. Appellants submit the trial court erred in granting summary judgment...
