The defendant, Ronald G. Dixon ("Dixon"), was charged with Robbery in the First Degree and Conspiracy in the Second Degree as the result of a robbery that occurred on May 29, 1987. Following a jury trial in Superior Court, Dixon was convicted on the charge of Robbery and found not guilty on the charge of Conspiracy.
