Ima Lee Ross appeals from the trial court's order dismissing her cause for want of jurisdiction. Originally, Ross pursued her rights before the State Board of Insurance (the Board) under an insurance policy issued by the Texas Catastrophe Property Insurance Association (TCPIA).
