Plaintiffs appeal a summary judgment rendered in favor of defendant, Crown Zellerbach, dismissing their suit against Crown Zellerbach for damages incurred as a result of personal injuries sustained in an accident involving a three-wheel, all-terrain vehicle on property leased by defendant.
