OPINION

DORSEY, Justice.

Appellant, Valdo Arellano, was indicted for possessing heroin. By a motion to suppress, he challenged the legality of the warrantless search and arrest which led to the procurement of the narcotics. The trial court denied the motion after conducting a hearing. Appellant then pled guilty pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, after which the trial court convicted him and assessed punishment at three years' imprisonment plus a fine...
