This is a possessory action brought by Phillips C. Witter against the City of Baton Rouge, the Parish of East Baton Rouge and certain City-Parish officers. Mr. Witter sought a judgment maintaining his possession of certain property located in the area of Baton Rouge known as Beauregard Town and ordering defendants to file any adverse claims of ownership within sixty days.
