Jobi Properties, appellee, brought suit against National Bugmobiles, Inc., appellant, alleging breach of warranty, deceptive trade practices, and negligence for failing to treat appellee's home for termites free of charge as provided in a written warranty issued by appellant. The trial was before the court and, without stating the basis of its judgment, the trial court found in favor of the appellee and awarded actual damages...
