STEPHAN, Judge.

Defendant was found guilty of one count of receiving stolen property and two counts of hindering prosecution. He was sentenced as a prior and persistent offender to fifteen years on Count I (receiving stolen property), a consecutive five years on Count II (hindering prosecution), and a concurrent five years on Count III (hindering prosecution).
