ALFORD, Judge.

The defendant, Aaron Leagea, was charged by grand jury indictment with attempted armed robbery and attempted second degree murder, violations of La.R.S. 14:27 and 64 and La.R.S. 14:27 and 30.1, respectively. In the same indictment, he was also charged with two counts of armed robbery, in violation of La.R.S. 14:64. He pled not guilty and, after trial by jury, was found guilty as charged of attempted armed robbery and attempted second degree murder....
