On July 9, 1987, Veronica Rosales and Emilio Gonzales were charged by bill of information with violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, to wit: cocaine. Rosales, defendant herein, pleaded not guilty and filed a motion to suppress the evidence, asserting as the ground for suppression the absence of an arrest warrant.
