Plaintiffs appeal from the district court's grant of summary judgment for defendants, dismissing as time barred plaintiffs' complaint against several asbestos manufacturers1 for damages arising out of Sol Kaiser's injuries from asbestos exposure. 678 F.Supp. 29. We agree with the district court that Kaiser's suit is barred by Puerto Rico's one-year statute of limitations...
