HAYS, Justice.

The issue on appeal is whether the trial court abused its discretion in denying appellant's motion to extend the initial time within which an appeal must be lodged and docketed in the Supreme Court or the Court of Appeals. Finding no abuse of discretion, we affirm the order appealed from.
