HOGAN, Judge.

Kenny Tureed Hale pled guilty to second-degree burglary in violation of § 569.170, RSMo 1978, and stealing, in violation of § 570.030, RSMo 1978. His punishment was assessed at imprisonment for a term of five years on each count, and the trial court ordered that the sentences run concurrently. Hale's trial counsel and a local detective prevailed upon the trial court to reconsider the sentence and grant probation. The trial court reconsidered...
