Dwaine W. Chambers and William F. Miller were convicted of first-degree murder following a joint trial by jury. Chambers and Miller were also convicted of various related counts of burglary, robbery, and assault. Superior Court Judge S.J. Buckalew, Jr., sentenced Chambers to a composite term of 126 years and Miller to a composite term of ninety-nine years.
