Defendants Robert Costa and John Durand appeal their convictions by a jury for: 1) distributing cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1); and 2) conspiring to distribute and possess with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846.
