This is a suit on an open account for $57,789.04, brought by Lake Charles Memorial Hospital against Glenda Hunt, curatrix of Shannon Hunt, who was injured while a prisoner in the Beauregard Parish jail. Made third party defendant herein was the Beauregard Parish Police Jury. From a judgment against it in the third party action, the Beauregard Parish Police Jury has appealed. We affirm.
