Keith Bernard Carr, a juvenile, was certified to stand trial as an adult for the offense of robbery in the first degree.1 The trial court granted the State's motion to join for trial Carr and his two adult codefendants. The consolidated cases were tried before a jury which convicted Carr of third degree robbery and acquitted the codefendants.
