This appeal arises from appellant's June 24, 1988, convictions of theft in the first degree in two cases (§ 13A-8-3, Code of Alabama 1975), and theft in the second degree in one case (§ 13A-8-4, Code of Alabama 1975). On September 2, 1988, appellant was sentenced to five years' imprisonment in each case, with the sentences to run concurrently.
