OPINION

KENNEDY, Justice.

A jury found that appellant forged a check and assessed his punishment, enhanced by two prior felony convictions, at 25 years in the Texas Department of Corrections. We affirm.

In his first and second points of error, appellant contends the trial court erred in admitting his confession into evidence. Although appellant objected to the admission of the confession at trial, we agree with the State that he subsequently waived...
