Petitioner seeks review of an order of the Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB) denying her request to be discharged or conditionally released under ORS 161.341(4)1 and continuing her 1982 commitment to the Oregon State Hospital. She assigns as error PSRB's denial of her motion to apply a 1983 amendment to ORS 161.295(2) to her case. She also assigns as error the Board's finding that she cannot be adequately controlled...
