El Paso Development Company and El Paso Natural Gas Company appeal a judgment rendered in favor of G. Phil Berryman in a usury case. The trial court entered judgment for $15,887,217.71, plus interest and attorney's fees and voided Berryman's note obligations, the deed of trust, and the vendor's lien securing the note.
