ROWE, Justice.

Appellee, Harold Rhett Stein filed suit to enjoin appellant, Dallas County Bail Bond Board, from interfering with his employment as an agent of a licensed bail bondsman. The trial court granted the injunction and ordered the Board to issue Stein an employee's bail bond identification card. In two points of error, the Board complains that the trial court erred in concluding that a probated state conviction and a probated federal conviction are not final...
