Appellee, Wagner & Brown, II, ("Wagner"), filed suit against Appellants, Valero Energy Corporation, and a number of its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, ("Valero"), seeking damages for wrongful curtailment of casinghead gas production and for failure to properly qualify its special gas marketing programs pursuant to Texas Railroad Commission rules and regulations. Valero, in its answer, attempted to compel arbitration...
