Jacob Nilsson, proceeding pro se, appeals the dismissal of his claim under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983. Nilsson sued a law firm, several judges and attorneys, the city of Franklin, and the clerk of the Franklin Municipal court. The court below held that it would not take jurisdiction over the action as the subject matter involved was already the subject of a pending state proceeding.
