Plaintiff, Robert J. Hearity, appeals from a judgment entered on a directed verdict for the defendants in his claims brought under the Iowa Competition Law (Iowa Code ch. 553). The litigation challenges the validity of a contractual arrangement between the Fayette County Board of Supervisors and four attorneys for indigent legal services in criminal cases and juvenile court.
