This a medical malpractice case. The trial court awarded the plaintiffs, Elizabeth R. Carroll and her husband, Timothy Ray Carroll, damages in the amount of $408,425.20 in their action against the defendants, Dr. Lawrence Hill and his medical malpractice insurer, St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company.
