This is a complex dispute arising from a contract to sell a house lot entered into by defendant Patten Realty Corporation with plaintiffs Roger and Beverly Drinkwater. Patten, having subsequently conveyed the lot to Joseph R. O'Brien, the other defendant, contends that the Drinkwaters agreed to rescind the sales contract.
